Ingredients:
250g sugar (brown sugar works best)
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons golden syrup
250 g butter
Method:
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add all other ingredients. Bring to the boil slowly. Reduce heat but do not take off the boil. Stir continuously for 15 minutes. Pour into a lined or greased lamington tin. Refrigerate until set, then cut into small squares.
