One of the simplest and easiest recipes I have for slices, and easily one of the best!
Ingredients
1/2 a block of butter (125 grams)
1 egg
2 tbsp cocoa
4 weetbix
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup self raising flour
1/2 cup coconut
Method
preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the butter. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Press into a lamington tin and cook for 20 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing when cool and sprinkle with coconut.
