Ingredients:
3 65g Mars Bars
90g butter
3 cups of rice bubbles
200g of milk chocolate (to be melted)
30g butter extra
Method:
Start melting butter in a saucepan. Add small chunks of Mars Bar and mix over low heat until melted and combined and smooth. Measure out rice bubbles into a large bowl. Add melted Mars bar and butter mixture and mix until well combined. Press into a lamington pan so it has even depth. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and mix the butter in. Spread evenly over slice and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!!
