Ingredients:
cocoa/vanilla essence
icing sugar
milk
butter
Method:
Put icing sugar into a bowl. Add small amounts of milk, mixing in between until the mixture is sufficiently thick. Add butter (approx 1-2 tablespoons) until the mixture is smooth. Add cocoa or vanilla essence to taste. Add food colouring (a few drops will suffice) and mix until the colour is right. Spread on cakes.
